Return Policy

All orders for imprinted items will be proofed for review by the client prior to production. Once the proof is approved the order proceeds to production and the client is responsible for any errors that may print.

Please check your order for defects on arrival.  We are unable to accept returns on custom imprinted promotional items. Returns on undamaged blank items my require restocking fee. In event you receive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service team immediately.
